At Heart of Vermont Soap Works, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted personal care products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any personal care products, including but not limited to soaps, body butters, body creams, sugar scrubs, bath products, lip balms, sunblocks, and other skincare items.

• Products cannot be returned once they have left our possession due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to help resolve the issue.
