At Heart of Vermont Soap Works, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted personal care products. Because of the personal nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personal care products, including but not limited to:
Bar soaps
Shampoo and conditioner bars
Body creams and body butters
Sugar scrubs
Bath products
Lip balms
Deodorants
Bug repellents
Sun care products
Other personal care and skincare products
Once a product has left our possession, it cannot be returned or resold due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want your order to arrive safely and correctly. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if Heart of Vermont Soap Works made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order information and photos of the damaged product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
